It's definitely been a while since the odex lawsuits uproar. anime-crazed fans discussing and objecting violently abt the underhanded methods of ODEX trying to identify the illegal downloaders of fan-subbed anime series. Friends around me cursed and sweared and prayed hard not to get caught. Even fansubbers uploading their bitorrent anime files onto tokyo toshokan commented: Singaporeans pls do not d/l! It was really upsetting, but i bet many people didn't care.
Anyway, I survived and escaped without having to fork out a single cent for my "illegal" means of obtaining fansubbed animes. PHEW.

I came across this post and it led to the discovery of OINT, a 'new' anime distribution company set up in SINGAPORE. If you are willing, pls go to their website and support them!!! It will be bloody good if you actually understood some of the commonly used japanese lingos in animes.

:OINT WEBSITE:
Here's one singaporean otaku who actually ORGANISED a anti-odex rebellion protest and carried it out in public. YES, in singapore. Read on to find out what he did. I admired his courage, would have participated if I knew abt it eons ago.
Fightooooo!
